Are Vessi shoes truly waterproof?
Yes, our shoes are 100% waterproof, not just water-resistant. We use a proprietary Dyma-tex membrane technology that keeps your feet dry while allowing them to breathe.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within North America. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Can I wash my Vessi shoes in the machine?
We recommend hand washing with warm water and mild soap to maintain the integrity of the Dyma-tex membrane. Avoid using a dryer; instead, let them air dry completely.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, and Singapore. We are working on expanding to more regions soon.
