We want you to love your Vessi shoes as much as we do, which is why we offer a 90-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, we've made the process simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location. Please ensure the shoes are clean and in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
